New Website User Guide


Below is a list of information we hope you find helpful in navigating our new website and utilizing all of the features we've made available. Please peep in mind that new content may be periodically added to this page.

Please ensure that your contact records are up to date. The email addresses saved to your profile will be used for sending community eblasts. Additionally, these contact records are synced with Qualified Management's information.
  • From the Menu Bar; Members Only > My Information > Update my Contact Records.
    • You will be brought to a screen to select from all related member of your household.
  • Click on the pencil icon to the right of the Member Profile you would like to update.
  • To add an email address or phone number - click "Add new record" above the appropriate box.
  • Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

**NOTE: Please only include your own email address(es) in your member profile. Your spouse's email should go in their own profile


  • If multiple emails exist within a member profile, the email(s) checked for Primary will receive eBlasts,
  • If no emails are checked as Primary, the first email listed will receive the eBlasts.
  • If only one email exists within a member profile, that email will receive the eBlasts whether it is checked as Primary or not.

**NOTE: Please only include your own email address(es) in your member profile. Your spouse's email should go in their own profile

The website is synced with Qualified Management's accounting software and each household will include only those household member's who are listed on the deed to start. You can add related members of your household to your account so each person can have their own login and keep contact records separate by following the directions below. This procedure is for related members of your household only, not renters/tenants. All members added this way will have the ability to view & pay on the account ledger. View compliance violations, etc. 

 

  • From the Menu Bar; Members Only > My Information > Update my Contact Records.
    • You will be brought to a screen to select from all related member of your household. 
  • Click the "+ Add Related Member" button towards the bottom left of the screen.
  • Fill out the fields for the related member.
  • Click on Save when the fields are complete.

If you've added an email address to their profile, you can invite this member of your household to register their account and create login credentials.

  • Click on the personal/Web Info tab of their member profile
  • Click the "Send Create Account Invite Email" button to send an automated email with a link unique to their profile. This link will bring them directly to their account to accept the website terms of use & create their login credentials.
If you rent your property, you can add in or manage your tenant's profiles. Anyone added in this way will not be able to access the accounting for the property, but will still be able to access compliance to see any potential violations. 

 

  • From the Menu Bar; Members Only > My Information > Update my Contact Records.
    • You will be brought to a screen to select from all related member of your household.
  • Click on the Occupants Tab just below the page heading text. 
  • Click "+Add New Occupant" to create a new contact record for your occupant.
    • Fill in the fields
    • Save changes
    • The renter can add in their own related records (spouses, etc) if they choose using the directions above. 
  • Click "Mark this Property Vacant" to show the property as vacant between renters and deactivate your previous renter's profile. This will remove their ability to log in, or receive emails from the community. 
  • Click "Mark Occupied by Owner" if you are no longer renting this property. This is the selected option by default. All regular homeowners will notice this option gray-out as it is already selected for them.

The Membership Directory is only visible to property owners of the website who are registered and logged in.
As a default, all members contact details are privatized from display. You are able to opt into displaying your contact details in the directory from your member profile. 
  • From the Menu Bar; Members Only > My Information > Update my Contact Records.
    • You will be brought to a screen to select from all related member of your household.
  • Click on the pencil icon to the right of the Member Profile you would like to update.
    • From the Main Information and/or Address Information Tabs of your Member Profile, you can alter the privacy settings by checking/unchecking the Private box.
    • From the  Membership Tab within your profile you can un-check the box labeled Remove from Directory to opt back into being visible on the Membership Directory. 
  •  Save Changes

If you own multiple properties in the Association, you are able to link the additional properties to your primary account. This will allow you to manage multiple properties with a single log in. You will need your Account number for the additional properties for verification purposes.

To link additional properties, use the following steps:
  • From the Menu Bar; Members Only > My Information > Update my Contact Records.
    • You will be brought to a screen to select from all related member of your household.
  • Click on the Resident Home tab at the top of the screen.
  • Click on the Link Additional Units icon or text. This will open a pop-up window
  • Search by address or Unit Number in the field titled "Enter your Residential Street Number or Name:"
  • Choose the matching result from the list. A new field will appear below
  • Enter the account number for this property. 
  • Save Changes
Once you have linked units, you will notice a drop down menu on your Accounting, Compliance, and Maintenance tabs associated with your member profile that will allow you to swap between properties.
